Poor service

I was told that they will take a once-off of 159 then 189 will be for the decoder I took and will be for 24 months. It is 2 months now seeing a debit on the once-off amount. Phones have poor connectivity you can't hear them clearly, and they don't respond to the email that is urgent to cancel those unnecessary debit orders am still waiting for the matter to be cleared.
