Poor service

Poor service On air consultant called me advertising the explorer decorder at R169 and the free installation the decorder arrived withe courrier and there was no installer They sent me numbers to call the installer but the installer called me and asked for kilometers and directions and said he will call back, and that was it he never called back. Its been 3 weeks now since the decoder arrived but no installer. I called them to day and first of all the consutant was rude and said that installation is free for certain kilometers but they never told me that when we initially commmunicated about the terms of the agreement ,we agred on R169 only per month
