Poor service

They just called me, technically forcing me to activate showmax. I asked the lady if I can call multichoice to activate it when it suits ME, if and when I am interested. She then said it's impossible. I then told her I am not interested, that's when she developed an attitude and started questioning what's the use that I have a decoded with no showmax. I then hung up as it's my money and not theirs and I will not be forced to take anything against my will. Terrible service provider!
