Poor service and unreliable company to do business with. Stay away!!!!

<p>I have now struggled for more than a month to get the DSTV Exploras which I bought from Onair Multichoice, installed. Despite numerous calls to their enquiries telephone number and several promises from them, nothing has happened. I phoned yesterday and was promised by one Michelle that a sms will be sent with details of the installer and contact details, but nothing. The previous sms a few days ago indicated that an installer was appointed but no name or contact number were provided! In the mean time the debit order in favour of Multichoice has gone through already. So I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I will not advise anyone to do business with this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable!</p>
