POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Received 2 x Decoders in Dec 2016 which they promised would be installed, this never happened, They handed my account over to MDB as I refused to pay for their poor service. They only managed to install the decoders in May of 2019 after lots of emails and calls(my cost). I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have a Default on my credit report because of this Company :( :(
