I was told that if I take DSTV Explora Ultra, I wont need an installer, It will be just plug and play, but I will need to contact Multichoice, but now I have just contacted Multichoice, and I was told that I need to get an installer in order for them to assist with the installation, I am so dissapointed, because I was given wrong information by the consultant who was assisting me. I have been trying to contact them, and I keep getting cut off.
