Poor service

I contacted On Air Dstv on the 18/12/21concerning the Explora DSTV that I bought.They said they are closed an agent will be in contact during business hours. On Monday the 20/12/21 I contacted them again I struggled to find them & I what's app them to the number they gave ,again with no luck.
