Poor service

For the past 2 years I’ve been trying to get this company to close my account. It was paid up in 2023 every time I contact them they promise it will be done with 14 days. This is affecting my credit score and I was never in arrears. This is absolutely unacceptable, I’m going straight to the ombudsman after this.
