Poor Service

I filled in there online contact form 2 weeks ago as I wanted a complete new installation. 2 weeks later and I haven't had a call from them. I called their 0861 number today and their IVR doesnt even have an option for sales...***!!!??? So I dialed 1 and spoke to someone who wanted my name; ID number and Cell number so he could pass it on to their sales team. Why do you need my ID number if I have a query regarding your products and services??!! I asked him why he needs my ID and he says its protocol...**** you and your protocol, I will not give my ID number for a general inquiry. You have definitely lost a new customer!
