Poor service

I am so disgusted by this company... I was contacted by one of their consultant whom I told I won't be able to pay as I am unemployed. They sent me 2 decoders which I didn't understand as I stay alone in a 1 bedroom flat... They called again and I told them I needed to cancel this as this was not the agreement and the advised they will pull the voice recording which i'm still waiting for even today and they also told me they will send a courier as soon as the lockdown is over to fetch the decoders. This was beginning of this year... Now I'm receiving messages and calls that my account has been handed over whereas I asked for a cancellation the 1st month they tried to debit my account. I have never received any contract or anything like that which shows this so called agreement.
