About a month a go, I received a call from a sales representative offering me a DSTV decoder with all sorts of perks, about how new it is, recording and pausing etc @ R 139.00 for 24 months and free installation.

The installers installed it at the incorrect physical address. I pay R 904.00 each month for the DSTV at my parents place. Now suddenly even the DSTV is not working because the smartcard number on the decoder does not match the smart card number on DSTV's system. Your exceptionally rude and *********** consultants to mention Banabis instructed me to pay the installers to uninstall the decoder. How the hell does it become my costs? when the fault remains on your side? One of the worst and most pathetic sales offering!!!! how does DSTV even onboard such a sales company? I even have the decency to cancel my subscription!
