Poor customer service Onair TV

Onair has the poorest customer service ever. I've been trying to contact them in regards to terminating my contract which will be next month. They never answer your calls when selecting the correct options, today I decided to select an option as if I'm interested in a new explora.... call was answered almost immediately. I explained my situation to the lady that answered. She told me I'm in the wrong department and just ends the call.
