POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish to urge anyone to not take anything from this business.. I bought explore & is painful, I overpaid them in December.. Problem there is no financial manager to solve financial problems to their clients.. I'm struggling to get my refund since December because there is no one to help from finance department .. Communication is very poor..you email them and you get response after 3 months.. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS BUSH BUSINESS
