Poor communication and customer service

I signed up with them. Yet since December 2023 they have not contacted me.

I am still waiting on the documents on the agreement and a Debi-Check is set on my bank yet zero payment was taken or any form of communication. Today the accounts department call to ask why I did not pay but yet I am still waiting on them to do a normal service. None of their contact numbers work, no email responses, how one company work so poorly and DsTV still does business with them I do not understand.
