Poor and misleading experience ever experienced.

I was called by their consultant to offer new Explorer Decoder that will come up with features and benefits such as; catch up, pause, record etc with only paying them the monthly premium. Only to find out after installation, I have to pay extra subscription fees for the above mentioned service. I called them back and after they listened to the recording, agreed with me that I was misled. I was then given an option to either continue with the contract or not; I opted out. I was then advised that they will send their installer/collections to fetch their staff, that was on 02/02/2020 until today no one came to my house. The debit order is running and have been told by account dept that they won’t stop it until such time they come and collect their staff. I am now subjected to pay Onair TV as service that I do not want. I was made numerous attempts to get this sorted out with no help at all. I dealt with a guy called Malcom or Macom but he keeps providing empty promises.
