Phony On AIr tv Bla Bla BLa

Worst service EVER!!! The don't deduct my account at month end and blame me for insufficient funds. I paid and send proof of payment and also called to ensure they received the payment. On going sms's and calls to threaten and cancel my account, then dubble deduct my account and block my account????? I haven't had Wifi for 5 days now. My business is suffering and not one person can give me direct answers. Useless!! *********. Who is going to pay my office downtime??
