PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A PATHEIC COMPANY

<p> where do i start...by looking at all the reviews i have little faith that this will go anywhere...from the start of my dealing with this company all that i received was a horrific service...the sales person distinctly told me that i would recieve 125 metre cabling with a R199 package i took with them over 24 months giving me a 3 viewing capability...once the installer arrived he told me he will only give 25meter cabling and the rest would cost me R800</p> <p> </p> <p>Already taking off from work i allowed them to go ahead and thought being a reputable company i could just claim this money back</p> <p> </p> <p>After calling them to advise on the confusion and having to wait daaaays for my reply they advised that the agent did advise 125metre cable but they will only pay me back R450...what a f____ng joke!</p> <p> </p> <p>After countless emails and calls i wasnt allowed to speak to a manager because thats not how they work..after constant emails with a font exceeding microsoft word they rep**** that they will once again only the 450...i cut my losses out of rage and told them i want my money asap...this took a further 3 weeks to go into my account..</p> <p> </p> <p>So thinking they couldnt mess up more and stupidly being binded into a 24 month contract i get a call from the most impolite sales consultant telling me im in arrears even thought they debiting my account monthly...after requesting a manager again she drops the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called the billing department who advised they see my debit orders going off and that all is in order...</p> <p> </p> <p>Outraged i dropped the call and only to receive another sms a week later saying i owe them R649...so i called the billing department again speaking to only what i can assume was a callcentre agent with a grade 4 certificate..the error is that thw amount the credited to me was added as an amount owing to them...***!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately asked to speak to the immaginery managers they had on duty..dont worry sir...Fatima my manger will call you back...Fatima should be FIRED with the rest of your *********** company...</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted and ashamed to be called your client..WAKE UP...I SEE YOU CLOSING DOWN VERY SOON...</p> <p> </p> <p>no wonder your CEO Is no where to be found on your website</p> <p> </p> <p>Do me a favour..do something about me as your customer...turn this experience around and look at what people are saying about you...</p> <p> </p> <p>You are a disgrace in the industry i support which is customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Your happy customer</p> <p>Ps...incase you or your agents didnt pick that up...it was sarcasm</p>
