pathetic service

I would like to express the bad service that my mother has received from On air TV. You wait over 5 minutes before the call is answered and when the call eventually goes through to someone you end up having to greet them before them. In the last 2days my mother dealt with Dumisane, Nombulelo and Nadia she just wants to cancel a debit order for a service she no longer needs. This is proving to be difficult task for them as my mother keeps being transferred to different dep with no luck!!
