Pathetic service

<p>I called the call centre to enquire about the installer that is nowhere to be found and the lady said she will just send her an email to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p> Even now no one has called me to explain why the installer is delaying my installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unprofessional and I will like to return the decoders because this is not the kind of service I have asked for.</p>
