Pathetic service

The most pathetic service ever, they deducted an unauthorized debit order off my account. It’s impossible to get hold of their accounts department, you hang on for approximately 8 minutes, you get to 2nd on there automated service, then a recorded voice says goodbye and hangs up on you. They do not respond to emails.
