Pathetic service

<p>I was contacted by onair tv on a swap deal with the explora devices. They have supp**** an explora1 and explora 2 for R99. PM . This included taking away my working old PVR device. I found out the that explora 1 is a refurbished device. Ever since this has not worked. They have exchanged the first one via a long delivery procedure. With the deliver of the second one this also does not work. The call centre is unable to excelate the problem and I am getting no joy. I am paying for something that does not work. Being affiliated to Multichoice this is a disgrace. This company is a farce and should not exist. There is no way of contacting senior management. Even the installer has nothing good to say about them. It's evident with similar complaints on this site and the Internet that something seriously needs to be done to help customers. I have reached a dead end and now paying a monthly fee for a device that cannot be used.</p>
