PATHETIC SERVICE

I had a contract with DSTV, which I cancelled. I have been receiving threatening sms's and a call from them about not paying and handing me over. I requested a copy of my contract as well as a full statement from them to collorate with payments etc. My contact was 24 mths and have expired, Multichoice informed me I am on a month to month basis. I have sent 5 emails requesting assistance from onair in regards to the information I needed but to no avail. Yeasterday I again, received 2 sms's threatening me thet I am going to be handed over. Now Im wainting for the people that I am handed over to, to provide them with all the correspondence I sent in an effort to get more information regarding my payments, maybe through them I will get assistance. This is pathetic service.
