Pathetic query resolution

Onairtv is the most pathetic company to deal with. I did a change of ownership on my dstv account last year,and they have been made aware of this yet they still send me sms's to say that my account is in arrears and that i will not be able to apply for credit should i not pay this. I have spoken to ghem on numerous occasions. They do not communicate between departments. I was told that the request was sent through yet i need to call and follow up because they havent received a response from the other department that is responsible to process this. They are the most *********** company I have dealt with in my life!
