Pathetic, Poor Service and Communication

If I had the choice, I wouldn't even rate OnAir Tv because they don't deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned. Their services are terrible and pathetic! Trying to get hold of them telephonically is a nightmare especially if it's to do with your account but if you want to enquire about their products...the phone gets answered quickly. Email communication, takes up to 1 to 2 months for a response, I mean talk about unprofessional! They sell their products under false pretences and they double deduct their amount, it has happened to me twice now already. I see a lot of bad reviews on this platform and never a response from the company. Do they just not care or what!? I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. I regret not reading the bad reviews here first before I signed a contract with them.
