PATHETIC

I had a previous complaint regarding my debit order of 1 year that suddenly changed to 2 years - dstv explara deal<br> <br> When I accepted this deal, i was under the impression that i would only have to pay for 12 months NOT 24 months. <br> <br> A lady phoned me and said that she will follow this up with the taped conversation that i had with the sales rep.<br> <br> needless to say i am STILL waiting for a resonse.<br> <br> Since then i received spam mail and calls regarding the wifi pacakage they have.. BUT STILL NO REPLY regarding the telephone conversation i had..<br> <br> PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THIS URGENT MATTER.
