Overpayment on on air contract

We took out a contract with on air tv in Sept. 2019. I payed a monthly payment by debitorder. This contract was for 24 months. Up to 5 Jan 2024 they still deduct money from my bank account. I sent them more than 10 emails and whatsapp messaged. I have phone them and all i get is i must sent messages and emails to the billing department, but without any answers. We even went to FNB t stop the debitorder. They did their best bu on air just take the money. On air cant even srnt me a proper statement as requested. All i ask is my money for the last 28 months. I even feel like open a ******** case against on air. Please help me with this moneymaking company.
