Over deduction of a fully paid account

On Tuesday the 31 of August 2021bi paid a n outstanding balance of R834 at absa bank reference no.***2-1.i then made a reversal of my august premium as you were paid in full.it is now November you are still deducting from my account.i have been reversing since september.in November I reversed R179 times two in my account.i will contact the ombudsman and my lawyerswith all this information.i regret using your services
