Over charge clients

They are bad. Do not take sign any contract them. I have a decoder contract with them for R279. I took it in November 2024 on the 14th. I pay them every month without fail via EFT because when they take from debit order, they tend to pay themselves twice. This is a 2 year contract. On the 12 of May, the sent me a message that their record show a current balance of R1672 and to avoid further costs they are going to activate a debit order of R239. I already paid them their R279 on my pay date via EFT. This mornig they debited R279 from my account. This mean for a may I'm paying them R558. I disputed the debit order and stopped it. I have proof from my bank app and bank statemt that I have never missed a payment. Do not take anything from this people when I finish paying them in November I never want to see their name in my phone and I'll also share on social media to alert people to stay away from on air!
