Order cancelled

I have had my On Air TV Decoder for a year and wanted to take another decoder for my Parents.<br> They have their own premium acc with DSTV so I would just be paying for the decoder for them.<br> THIS WAS ALL EXPLAINED IN DETAIL TO THE SALES PERSON.<br> <br> I went through the whole process of application and an order was in place....OA- ***6-1.<br> <br> After a week I got a SMS telling me that the order was cancelled...no explanation!!!!<br> <br> I called and was told that only one decoder per person???<br> And the tele-sales person didn't know this???<br> <br> Slack...now I have promised the DSTV decoder and don't have one.<br> <br>
