<p>I called on Air TV today after I got an sms stating that I should pay R745 which I did not understand what it was for. The lady from the accounts who said she was Side/Sive/Sibe just didn't stop giving me a lecture of questions after she said it was for DSTV which I know I hog it from MNET and not from On Air TV. She behaved as if she was the one who called and never gave me a chance to speak and get clarity as to what was the money for as the sms looked like those from ****s and I could not figure out what OA stood for. It was like husband and wife argument on the phone and as such I will be returning their little device which is still in the box having not used it as we could not configure it. She doesn't deserve to be in that job when they are so many others who could do it far better and they are sitting at home. She sounded like what we would call a "straat mste"</p>
