Mislead people with so called cost saving plans whilst in fact the cost increased. No response to tickets logged, emails send or any form of communication with the company. As all transactions are supposedly recorded and I formally requested a full transcript of the call which was also completely ignored. This is nothing other than a ****. Stay clear of this company!
