I'm so disappointed onairtv doesnt have any confidentiality on my profile , I opened an account in 2017 since then I've been sending proof of payment via my bank app. They will return by sending my husband an SMS that I didn't pay . Recent complaints. I made an payment for Nov and December they plead that they didn't receive any payment . I then resent proof of payment they told me that they allocated it , on the 18 jan i paid for jan still they are busy sending my husband SMS threatening me that I must settle payment Now this bring tension in my house . I sent them the proof they said that they cant open attachment n it's in pdf n I called them they say they will call me after 3 days . I resent it yesterday . Today I was forwarded n SMS from my husband phone saying they will take legal action .
