Onairtv pathetic customer service

I currently have an account with on air tv. I’m currently unemployed. I needed to make arrangements with them but I cannot get through to them, i have been calling and sending emails but they are not picking up the calls and not responding to emails. I have the cash I just need to get their account number so I can pay them and change ownership. It’s frustrating cause this is affecting my credit record.
