ONAIRTV ****** ME ON MY HARD EARNED CASH

I have the worst experience about On AIrTV.They sold me lies. I was told I'd pay the R234 which would substitute the money i was paying to MultiChooice because they are trying to retain their 'loyal customers'.They started debiting in December instead of January as per agreement. I tried calling the numbers they gave me and the Whatsapp number but could not reach them. They called me reminding me of the 'first' instalment in January. I indicated that it was not the first and that I was no longer interested in the contract because it was all lies. they promised to listen to the call and come back to me. They indeed listened to the call and came back to me on the 19 Jan. They acknowledged that i was sold lies and they would cancel the contract. The worst happened I was debited twice on the 21January that means I was debited a total of R787 in two months which was supposed to be R224 if the contract was REAL
