Onairtv

I got a call from Onair tv last year in November 2018 they had a promotion to give two explorer decoder at R238 and i subscribed and I received the decoders. Once I got them I saw another better offer from multiple so I called Onair tv to cancel subscribtion and come collect their decoders and they have been promising to come and collect even today they have not collected them. This are the ticket number or reference number that shows I have send and email to say I need then to come and collect their decoders 187374 , 199306 & 192322. They debited my account in January and what surprises me is that the decoders are not even installed no activated. I reversed the transaction because I don't understand why they debited my account because I had cancelled with them and they promised to come and collect their decoder and yet they have not. How are they deducting money from my account if they didn't even send anyone to come and install the decoders? I need Onair tv to cancel the subscription and come collect their decoders. As we speak I am in areas with them and i am afraid it will affect my credit record and even be listed.
