OnAir will not send Paid Up Letter

My name is Paul Fuyane and I have an account with ONAir. The problem I have is that I am very disappointed with ONAir's customer service I recently had a query that I paid off the account but they never acknoledged my account being paid up. So while I am in the process of purchasing a car, the bank say I need to sort the problem with my ITC report and the negative is showing from ONAir as I confirmed this with Experian. So I contacted OnAir and they simply told me they don't send out Paid up letters. To me this does not make sense at all. The agent simply told me there's nothing they can do I will have to wait for 21 days for the update to happen on ITC. I asked the agent to take me through to her Team Lead and she said the Team Lead won't talk to me I must just wait for the update they will send to the ITC on the 10th November. This is wrong and unfair treatment to clients. Its totally absurd, the consumer has this right and I am tempted to take this to the consumer protector and Credit Ombadsman and state my case. Could Helopeter assist me in resolving this matter.

Thanks Paul Fuyane

I still have not recieved a call from OnAir despite them promising to contact me today. What does this say about customer service. If I was a CEO of this company I would be really angry. Please call me as promised. I need this sorted. A paid up letter does not have any implications or risks. You have proved that you recieved my payment and the Account is paid up, then whats the issue?
