OnAir will mess up your credit score! They don't update payment details with XDS
I signed up with OnAir in October 2023 and for 3 months they've listed me for none payments ever since my contract started with them! How is it that for 3 months my details are not being updated with Xds ?? This has affected me so badly im not being approved for rental properties because of this! This is so unfair. I spoke to a manager and she says i must take it up with XDF because information is updated automatically with them. Honestly, i regret taking out a contract with OnAir! I logged a dispute with them under ref DIS-259023 im still waiting....

17 Jan 2024, 06:15There is also not a point in logging complaints on hellopeter for this company because you will get a call from a customer service agent that will tell you that the billing department will contact you and they never do

Thats what you've been saying and the issue is still not resolved . Youve listed me with XDS for none payments for 3 ****** months!!!!
How is this an error ! Im expecting to be listed again this month on credit bureau for none payment even though my acount is not in arrears!
Im not letting this go until you update my payment details accordingly. I want to deal with this here on hellopeter for the whole world to know!
