OnAir *****ulantly not cancelling a debit order when paid up.

OnAir TV has once again reinstated a cancelled debit order, this after refunding me the amounts previously deducted incorrectly. Jamie promised to cancel the debit order and now it is active once again. Ticket No TKT-***. Policy No. OA***TS. I have submitted a query to OnAir TV support once again but have had no response. I have no other option but to report this matte at SAPS as ***** in order for the bank to cancel and reverse the debit order..
