Onair TV - WHAT IS POPI ACT???

Please help me understand why I am receiving spam calls from your business when I have A) Never heard of you and B) Being told that when I "RICA" my cellphone sim I am automatically registered to receive spam calls from various companies. Then - the highlight was telling the consultant that I did not sign up and would not require your decoder - she simply hangs up..... Onair - stop it
