OnAir TV the biggest ********

This is a worst company ever existed. Company such as Multichoice disgrace and are tarnishing their image and reputation by partnering with such disgusting companies. These people are ****** who do not honor their contract. They are the ones who called me, promoting their explora device. They market this product using the name, Multichoice hence I joined. Had I known that they are not Multichoice, I would have never agreed. They promised to come connect the explora device at my home, but no one showed up. They promised that a technician by the name of Amier would come install, this person never showed up. It's been a months and a half, since July when I signed up with them, I'm sitting with a device that is still sealed, never been opened since its arrival. I made several calls, they keep putting me on hold and drop the phone down after that. I complained by Multichoice DSTV, instead they are distancing themselves from this company. I will start reversing the debits from my bank, and stop this nonsense, return their devise that is catching up dust in my house. I am paying for services not rendered. This is a lesson for me not to jump in bed with amature and ****ing companies.
