OnAir Tv takes advantage of OLD & DISADVANTAGED people

My 70 year old mom was sold the new Ultra decoder under false pretence and without being fully made aware how it operates and she has to have internet too for the gadget to have full access. She was sold on Thursday the 29th of February and now ( less than 7 days) that she wants it cancelled and sent back they say she needs to pay R350 for the return. What nonsense and **** are they running?
