Onair TV STILL billing without agreement

I'm going to Midrand SAPS to open a theft case again On AIR, the guy I spoke too he said they will not refund me for debiting me at the same time you are still taking my money from my bank account. This is day light *******, I want my money back. I'm also going to lay a complain to Multi-Choice and CPA.<br>
