Onair TV should not be in business

The staff @ onair TV don't do accounting well, according to them I did not honour a debit order, so I forward my complete statement to them showing the debit order was honored, they still insist I owe them the "outstanding debit order", it took them 2 months to contact me, now it's a "stalemate" nobody in that organization have authority.... My private banker can't understand. For the past 15 years I honored every financial obligation....
