OnAir TV sends wrong information to Credit bureaus

I’m back again with this OnAir TV. This company is deliberately messing up with my credit profile. They like literally sent their monthly updates to credit bureaus and LIES that I missed a payment, which payment I missed God knows… Experian has captured it as such. … For more than 5 years I have never missed any payment to anyone. The payment that I apparently didn’t pay is R239… it’s written all over my credit profile, My credit score went tumbling because it didn’t doesn’t make sense that I can’t afford to pay the 239 ?… The worst thing is that I didn’t miss any payment to them, to any other people that I owe… After realizing and checking my credit profile and score and told it went down because of a missed payment to OnAir TV, I immediately contacted them via email and they will acknowledge the receipt of your email and that’s where it ends… You will never ever ever hear from them again, until you have to report them on this sort of platforms. … They told me they pulling out statements to see if I missed the payment…still waiting. I have my own statements where they take my money… THEY MUST PLEASE STOP MESSING WITH MY CREDIT PROFILE.
