Onair TV ****

I called Multichoice this morning to complain about On Air TV acting on their behalf. On Air TV called me on behalf of Multichoice to replace my old DSTV decoder, where they got my details that I have an old decoder is beyond me as Multichoice had to provide them with this detail. A lady of On Air TV called me and advised me that I can have 2 DSTV explorers for R139 a month whereby I could use one in the lounge and 1 in the bedroom and will have the option to change channels accordingly. On the 30/09/2019 On air tv bills me for twice for R139X=R278 and DSTV bills me an extra R95 because I now have extra view. This to me is ***** as I am now out of pocket R373 for a Compact package.I called a supervisor at DSTV "Matilda" who says i am actually not a DSTV subscriber as I only lease a compact package month to month . DSTV gave my information to another company and now informs me to sort out my query with ON air TV as they are a private company and now independant from Multichoice. This is a ****
