OnAIR TV -Pensioner *******

This company is *********** pensioners money. They made my mom (a pensioner) to take DSTV decoder without her understanding what she is signing for. They called her and even though their consultant could her that she does not understand English, they still went ahead issuing her a decoder while she already has one. Every month they deduct R150 which she reverse because she did not authorize this. We have called them numerous time and each time they answer after 40-50 minutes of placing you on hold. their consultant are clueless and cannot assist with complaint. Towards end of August, I called them to cancel the contract and come take their Explorer Decoder and we agreed. days later my mom received 2 or 3 calls from different people saying their coming to her house to fetch the decoder but never did. yesterday she got an sms that On air has handed her account over to MBD. ref ***. I need them to fetch their decoder as agreed and stop deducting money on her account.
