OnAir TV payments don't reflect

I have bought a new Multichoice decoder from OnAir TV. They delivered the box and deducted their payment from my bank account monthly.

Deductions are always done on time and are always successful.

I noticed on my ClearScore reports that OnAir TV is listed as "In Arrears". I also saw that most of my payments are listed as "Missed" or "Late".

I contacted OnAir and they told me that they will get back to me, and gave me a reference number.

Since last week I was told that my ticket was now replaced with another number and that I have to call them if I want to get an update.

Obviously - No answer when I call and no reply from ***.

I received a call from OnAir TV.
The lady told me that their "system" updates the ClearScore records and it is ClearScore that is not up to date.
I have to tell ClearScore to update their records because OnAir TV has an automated system and they have no way to fix the problem.
ClearScore shows that my records are updated MONTHLY by OnAir TV. ClearScore also sent this email below.
I have requested OnAir TV to update/amend/delete the records. OnAir TV seems to believe that I am responsible for that!

Good day Louis, thank you for your e-mail.

Kindly request the credit grantor/s to send (Experian) the instruction to update/amend/delete as they are aware of the process, kindly see below the process in order for us to assist further.

Due to the volume of records that are processed by credit bureaus every day, the National Credit Regulator and its registrants (credit bureaus, credit providers and other data suppliers) have agreed on a layout and timeframes for the submission of repayment information.

This means that credit providers, other data suppliers and credit bureaus have automated processes in place for the submission and acceptance of monthly, daily or weekly (depending on the agreed billing cycle) payment information.

The process can take up to 60 days while the credit provider receives, clears and allocates the payment to the correct account and from there, reported as paid to the credit bureaus via the data transmission hub.

Kind regards,

Patricia

A lady from OnAir phoned me, telling me that they have an "automated system" and there is no way they they can solve this. ITC says that OnAir has to correct their mistake. OnAir says "We have an automated system and if our automated system didn't send the data to ITC then ITC must contact us and get it. Their automated system can apparently take up to sixty days to send the records. For those sixty days your bills will be marked as unpaid and will stay on your record as unpaid!

This is the absolute worst customer service by far!

It's absolutely unbelievable how *********** this company is!
I need support.
I email support.
Support replies that I should contact Billing.
I forward the email trail to Billing.
Support replies that I shouldn't forward the email. I must start over and write a new email, containing everything that is already in the email
that I forwarded.
The employees at OnAir only have one skill. They don't know anything else apart from the one thing that they get paid for.
