OnAir TV not knowing who is clients and who not

good day all,

I'm hoping to receive some assistance from this hellopeter complaint seeing that me previous phone calls have fallen on deaf ears.

I'm not a OnAir Tv subscriber, yet, monthly, weekly, daily I receive text messages from OnAir Tv that my account is overdue. this stems from a certain Mr William/Willem White (residing Garden Route area) who doesn't pay accounts. OnAir TV is just one of the numerous service providers that has contacted me regarding this persons accounts. either the contact details was provided incorrectly or captured incorrectly. after phoning the number provided on the sms, I contacted them and was assured on more than one occasion that the number will be removed from the sms facility. 5 months later and I'm still suffering the same fate. Mr W White has been the reason that I've received numerous call over the past 5 YEARS of overdue accounts not being paid. I've been threatened with collection of my belongings, debt collectors threatening physical violence, threatening harm to my person..... it's mental torture.

OnAir TV, I ask you for the last time: PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DETAILS. It's been my number for more than 7 years.
