Onair Tv Multichoice delivered an old dstv decoder

Onair Multichoice delivered an outdated dstv decoder, they called me for installation, i informed them that i am not happy as the model delivered was not the latest one. I requested them to change the decoder to a newer version. Suprisingly, a week later, they offerred me another decoder at an additional price. I advised that i am still waiting for them to collected the old decoder. I spoke to 2 ladies then their manager who promised to call me back but never did. I just checked my bank statement, they deducted money from my account. So I am now paying for the decoder that is old, that i am not using, despite my request to change the decoder. Be really careful of old decoders that are being delivered to customers.
