ONAIR TV Misleading client for sales.

ONAIR TV is so misleeding. I took up the deal, got it installed, but upon installation mutlichoice informed that a R95 is to be paid for all those recording and all those benefits where the OnairTV agent told me all benefits are included (recording and all that staff) in the payment they disclosed upon selling the device to us. I have been sending Emails left right and centre requesting the for the recorded contract but nothing from them. Multichoice is also not investigating the matter. They are the worst ever. I will never advice anybody to take out any deal with them as they are so RUDE and mislees people with false information. They keep reading the emails i send but they do not act. It been about 2 week if not 3 that i have senduing them mails requesting the recording but no Joy.
